Hmm well I may have to change my blog to a once - a - week kind of thing. I don't seem to keep up with once a day :)
I seem to get around to it on Wednesdays so let's make it a weekly Wednesday thing.
Ok what happened last week?
I left off with to run or not to run :)
Well I didn't run. It just wasn't a good day. I decided to not do anything at lunch and stay in to work and then leave early and fit it in before dinner. But I ended up working late and by the time I was home it was late and I really wasn't in the mood. So I didn't do anything and I didn't even feel guilty. I think you have to listen to your body sometimes and be good to yourself.
I did do my step class the next day however :)
The weekend was where the diet fell apart a bit. I went for sushi Sat night and had a DQ blizzard for dessert. Oops. But oh so good....So needless to say, the weigh-in on Sun didn't go as planned. However I did feel smaller. So I'm not sure what to think.
I'll just keep going and see what happens. I did do my run Sun night though, and it was a good one :) Almost burned off the calories in the blizzard :) And I did shoulders so it was a good day.
Monday I went to Hot Yoga - just as good as always :) I'm really starting to love it! Yesterday I went to a step class and had a lot of fun! I didn't do my chest workout however - my upper body was sore from yoga. Today is run day. I am determined to not get psyched out! I have to up the distance today so wish me luck :) 3.63 miles, here I come!
I've done that distance before so I'm not worried. Once I get past the 3.8 mile mark is when I worry hee hee
I need to get my eating back on track. It hasn't been too bad but it hasn't been great either. I've only got 2 weeks to go so I need to give it 110%!
